Subhashis Das.: Author and Independent Researcher. I have the fortune of discovering multitude of megalithic sites across Jharkhand and am researching on these monuments for over two decades now. I have written several papers in various journals across the world and have authored the following books: 1. IN QUEST OF THE MEGALITH 2. SACRED STONES IN INDIAN CIVILIZATION 3. UNKNOWN CIVILIZATION OF PREHISTORIC INDIA 4. THE ARCHAEOASTRONOMY OF A FEW MEGALITHIC SITE OF JHARKHAND 5. THE VENGEANCE (a novel set in Buddha’s time) 6. MEGALITHS OF JHARKHAND My research on megaliths is now incorporated in the syllabus of history books of government schools of Jharkhand. Honoured with numerous awards I lecture on my research in several venues across the world.
